Do I get an Authenticity/Valuation/Certificate with my purchase?
Yes, most of the jewellery comes with a valuation of authenticity over a certain value, or else you may request for one.

Why are our diamonds and jewellery on this site cheaper to buy?
We eliminate the middle man therefore we are able to sell wholesale prices to the public, something that hasn’t been done before. We also do not have high overheads as retail stores.
Where are the diamonds sourced from?
Our diamonds are ethically sourced from Antwerp, Israel and India, as 90% of diamonds are cut and polished in India. All our diamonds are certified and are from non-conflict sources.

What happens if there is a fault with my jewellery when I receive it?
All our orders are packaged securely and checked before dispatching therefore there should not be a fault, however if this happens during transit, we will replace it. Refer to ‘Refund policy/Exchange’ page.
Can I get my ring engraved?
Yes, we have professional engravers who will add that personal touch to your piece of jewellery.
How can I clean my jewellery?
We offer a lifetime of free cleaning, however if you wish to do it at home; simply place in a bowl with warm water, add some dishwashing liquid. Using an extremely soft brush to wash away any dirt, then rinse again in the bowl. Dry with a lint free cloth.
How will I establish the ring size I require?

Can I be sure that the diamond I purchase is a real diamond?
Our purchase will be accompanied by a certification or valuation from our independent New Zealand gemmologist or by international certifications – learn more about certifications.
Are your diamonds enhanced?
No, our diamonds are all natural earth mined diamonds and have not been enhanced in any way. Enhanced diamonds are no longer natural.
Do you have a retail store?
No, however you may make an appointment for an obligation free consultation.
Which is the most important of the 4C’s of a diamond?
This will depend on an individual’s budget, however ideally the most important would be cut –‘Sparkle’, a well cut diamond will give you immense sparkle, so opt for excellent to very good cut. Refer to Four C’s page.
Can I buy a diamond on its own and decide on a setting later?
