Certified Diamonds

Our diamonds are certified either by Gemmological Institute of America (GIA), The Antwerp Institute of Gemmology (HRD), International Gemmological institute (IGI) or our independent New Zealand Gemmologist –Jewellers Valuers (JVCO) .Your purchase will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Fine Jewellery

To ensure that our customers receive the best quality possible, we employ a highly talented team of manufacturing jewellers with 25yrs of experience whom will custom build to your standards. All our importing of fine jewellery is all hand selected to maintain the standard and quality. Most items over a certain value will be accompanied by a valuation/appraisal or you may request for one.

Services

We are committed in ensuring that our customers get the best possible personal service, therefore although we are an online store, we are happy to provide  obligation free consultations to all our clients.  We are only available for appointments Monday – Thursday between 9am – 3:30pm.
We also offer a lifetime of jewellery cleaning.

Insurance

At Diamond Wholesalers Direct Ltd we ensure all purchases are safely delivered to our clients therefore all goods are insured to your door until received and signed for. For security purposes the company’s details will not be on the package.
